Self emancipation

The age is giving birth to a heart.
She can't stand it longer, is dying in pain [...]
And we have to burn the sky if necessary
to live.
Silvio Rodriguez

The truth is a cruel gift
"Once you see, you can't unsee "
And what if everything you knew,
Everything you were,
Everything you thought
Everyone around
Gets stained by the indelible ink
Of thuth?
It's a revolution from the inside
A Horse of Troy
Ships burning on the shore
For a trip with no return
Crossing a bridge
That crumbles to the sea
But leads to a beautiful
Unknown and deep forest
—Face of the explorer
Beneath the new world—

I've came to this point
Of self emancipation
A renunciation from my past self
A time to change
Change hurts, for sure
And uncertainty is scary
Being lost again, in a completely new place
With nothing but a clue
On how to start again
The veil that covered my eyes
Has been dissolved by the rain
And going back to live
Inside the lie
Is unbearable

"The day that you acccuse me
I won't deffend myself
This is an old blame
Inheritance of them"
Silvio Rodriguez

Being a man aware of
The atrocity manhood is
Means embracing isolation
In the name of justice
Fairness and love for humanity
Too sick of being a man
To keep being one
But still a man
In the eyes of a woman
And her most beautiful feminism
Admiring something you will never reach
Extoiling something you can't belong to
Building a castle with the shape of a maze
And  imprison yourself in the highest tower
—Minos tormented by his own monstrosity —
So you disable yourself, to become harmless.
